Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post (courier in the Sydney Metro area) without tracking and drop-off without signature although generally orders over $100 are registered or sent by courier and are trackable. You will receive an email on the day your order is sent.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage/courier costs. Fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. There is maximum parcel weight of 20kg.
If you wish to order items that will weigh over 20kg please split your order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Great care is taken to minimise damage to shipments and all items are well-protected. However, some outer packages may be crushed in transit. This will generally not impact on the usability of the products contained within.
