Delivery Method PETdirect international orders are delivered by Airmail.
Delivery Cost The cost of delivery varies depending on the weight of an order. Because we base our International Shipping rates on the use of standard airmail satchels, it is advisable (and cheaper) for you to split heavy orders in to smaller separate transactions.
An example of the costs follows,
International Shipping up to 250 grams: $9.75AUD.
International Shipping 251 grams to 500 grams: $13.50AUD.
International Shipping 501 grams to 750 grams: $18.50AUD.
International Shipping 751 grams to 1000 grams: $24.00AUD.
International Shipping 1001 grams to 2000 grams: $48.00AUD.
International Shipping 2001 grams to 5000 grams: $58.50AUD.
The freight charge for an order will be clearly displayed prior to an order being finalised during the checkout and order confirmation stages.
Delivery cost applied is based on a single consolidated delivery. In the event that some ordered items are on back-order, you will be contacted and given the option to select partial shipment of your order. Additional charges may apply.
How Long Does Does Shipping Take?
Generally most orders we receive are despatched by us within one to two working days of the order being placed. Sometimes items are out of stock so this may hold up the despatch of your order. If the item will be out of stock for more than two working days we will contact you to advise you of the delay.
Once we have despatched an order, Airmail Shipment will generally take 5-10 working days, sometimes slightly longer to remote locations within international destinations.
It's very easy to track the status of any current orders you have placed with us, just follow the steps below;
Sign In to Your Account Click on the "My Account" link at the top right of the screen and you'll be taken to our sign in page, which is designed to protect your security. Enter your email address and password here and you will be taken to your "My Account" main page.
Select to View Your Order History Click the button at the top right just below the navigation bar that says "Order History" and you will be taken to a page displaying all orders you have placed with us it shows, Order No., Order Date, Order Cost and present Order Status.
View an order in detail If you would like to see the contents of any order in detail, just click the date of the order you are interested in and you will be taken to a page showing the details pertaining to that order.
